PARENTS & COACHES 
Although we love to hear from you, we do prefer you use a call tree to maximize effective communication to find quick resolutions to any issues you may have.  Parents need to first contact their coach who can then initiate a claim with their club directors who can then communicate any issues to the appropriate INBC Commissioner.  Coaches who experience issues will need to communicate these issues with their club director who can then contact the appropriate INBC Commissioned Officer.  The use of this system will help all parties to better understand any issue and provide a more timely response to any outcome.
